The villa is located in Marvão, 7km (4,30 miles) from the center of Ericeira - a small characteristic fisherman village, just 65 kilometers (40 miles) northeast of Lisbon and 35km (21,74 miles) from Cascais. Surrounded by beautiful and fantastic white sandy beaches, you are only 2 km (1,20 miles) away from Coxos beach and 3,5 km (2,17 miles) from the famous Ribeira d’Ilhas beach. Excellent roads put all of nearby attractions within easy reach.
On the ground floor there is an half bath, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwaves), a dining room with a terrace, and a large living room with LCD TV, fireplace, a corner with a gambling table and comfortable sofas overlooking the terrace and the garden.
