Casa do Guincho is a beautiful and spacious villa located in Aldeia de Juzo, a quiet area of Cascais and one of the most traditional villages in the Lisbon coast http://www.portugalvirtual.pt/cascais-estoril/index.php. Very near to the Guincho beach this house offers comfort, good taste and total privacy. Its great location connects it to some of the best destinations in the zone. This villa is close to many wonderful villages and towns and on your sightseeing tour you may admire the famous Cabo da Roca and the beauty of the incomparable Sintra.
The property consists of 2 levels, both aptly decorated and designed with elegance and class, while offering total comfort and coziness in every room.
Casa Guincho's ground floor consists of a large Living room with Dining area and fully equipped Kitchen.The Living Room has plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy. The custom Kitchen has all modern appliances, while the Dining Room is of a perfect size for entertaining.
Off of the Living room is the Terrace which provides a wonderful communal area where the entire group can get together for an al fresco meal, a bottle of wine, or for regaling each other with the day's adventures.
Also on this level is a huge entrance hall and half a bath for guests use.
Upstairs there are 4 Bedrooms all equipped with double beds. The master bedroom offers a king size double bed with a private balcony which adds a special touch to the delightful character of the room. It too has a full bath with shower ensuite.The other 3 rooms share a complete bathroom located on the corridor.
The large living room and dinning room make this a wonderful house for groups or families traveling together or for entertaining guests.

The rental price includes: Utilities, final cleaning, gardener, daily (2 hours total) cleaning.
At additional cost: Catering services, private guided tours and babysitter. (on request and prior to arrival).
Check-in: between 8PM/8AM - €25,00 extra tax
A Deposit of €500,00 in cash is required on arrival, refundable upon departure.
