Casa Jardim is a combination of a finely furnished apartment and the best location in central Lisbon that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The residence is extremely quiet as it faces onto a secundary street arround Gulbenkian museum area.50 meters from the most exclusive mall in lisbon, you'll find hundreds of shops, restaurants and the finest supermarket with high quality products.
In the surrounding area there is the "Praça de Espanha", the gardens of Park "Eduardo VII" http://www.guiadacidade.pt/portugal/?G=monumentos.ver&artid=16409&distritoid=11and and the renowed Gulbenkian museum http://www.museu.gulbenkian.pt/main.asp?lang=en a short walking distance. The nearby metro at São Sebastião makes all of Lisbon and Parque das Nações easily accessible.
Laid out all on one level, Casa Jardim is perfect for families with children. The main living room dining room and kitchen area of the home are spacious and practical. The living room is located at one end with the kitchen and dining area, and the bedrooms at the other. The living area is furnished with comfortable couch and chairs and decorated with original cartoons murals, that bring a nice and special atmosphere to the living. This area opens on to a bright and sunny dining zone with a round table with chairs, with enough seating for 6, that overlooks an exclusive garden space with outdoor terrace.
Each of the three bedrooms is beautifully furnished with its own style. Each has comfortable single beds with bedside tables and wardrobes. The first bedroom offers a single bed and a pull-out bed, and bedrooms two and three
are both equipped with twin bed. The three rooms share two baths, one of them nicely appointed with bathtub, and the other with shower.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cutlery and is also equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster.
The garden, which is accessed via the kitchen, is equipped with furniture and is shaded by large trees which also offer guests privacy and security. Fruit trees accent this space to create a wonderful urban oasis
The apartment stands at about 3km from downtown and heart of the city, access is very quick either by car or by subway or even on foot.
Local airport is 15 minutes by car and 30 mins.by bus.
