A unique and inspiring apartment with one of the best views in town.
Bathed in natural sunlight and full of "soul" nobody is indifferent after passing the entrance door. From the first minute we feel captivated by the welcoming environment, the light and the unusual sight that presents itself as a painting on the first impact. Both views are absolutely breathtaking: on one side you have the Tagus river at your feet and, on the other side, you have the view of St. George’s Castle.
Situated in one of the most desirable neighborhoods of Lisbon, its location could not be better, right next to Plaza Luis de Camoes and Chiado.
These two hubs of the city breathe joy and life, and they are, for some time now, the meeting point of the lively nightlife of Lisbon, especially at weekends and Sunday.

In this location you are very close to Chiado and Bairro Alto, known for their nightlife, excellent restaurants and bars that are open until late at night.
Despite all the bustle of the city, the house, located on the top floor of a nineteenth century building and tiles facade, it’s very quiet.

When you come into the house, straight to the sitting room, you are immediately strucked by its amazing lightness that comes in through two large windows facing West. With modern decor, this comfortable space is divided into two areas, opening to a smaller one which can be used as a nook for leisure time, like reading, music, TV, or simply to have a nice moment by the fireplace in the company of family or friends.
This room connects to a corridor, all in open-space, which is the center of the house and connects to the dining room, the bedrooms, the bathrooms and the kitchen.
For your comfort the house is equipped with A / C, wireless internet and cable TV.

The master suite is down the hall, facing east, and when you are lying in bed you have an unusual and stunning view of the city, the river and the castle.
The marble bathroom, airy and spacious is, like the whole house, full of light. It opens directly into the bedroom and a small dressing area with no door to divide these 3 spaces.
Returning to the hallway, you have the second bedroom with a double bed and the third bedroom with a single bed with another underneath. Both rooms share a full bathroom, well equipped, very nice and also lined with marble.
Finally we have the dining room which is opposite the bedroom. The dining room it's an open space area created in the middle of the corridor, very comfortable, with a table that you can sit up to 8 people.
The last but not the least you have the kitchen that is extremely comfortable and happy because of its decor, very functional, and once more filled with light. Its equipment includes dishwasher machine, washer / dryer, microwave, toaster and coffee machine.

What best describes this house is, undoubtedly, a special atmosphere that you get once you come in. We dare to say that you have to see and feel it to believe it. And, certainly, those who “try” this house will never leave it indifferent.
