Located 2 kms of Vila Nova de Milfontes, in Pousadas, Casa das Pousadas has it all! This charming villa accomodates up to 15 guests with its 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. With the beach at your fingertips, this property is very central for daytrips to visit the Alentejo Coast and its marvellous white sandy beaches. This 6 suites property with capacity for 15 people, has a swimming pool, and an outdoor covered living and dining area next to the pool. The entire property is surrounded by tall hedges for a complete privacy with a small playground area in a safe and secure area for children. Included are maid services, and pool maintenence.
The well-kept lush gardens include a nice terrace, a big pool, and plenty of outdoor furniture for relaxing in sun or shade.
The main floor of this villa has an outdoor covered social area by the pool perfect for entertaining.
The entrance hall opens to a separate indoor dining area with a table that sits up to 10 people. There is a small bathroom on this floor. To the right is a fully-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, ice maker machine, refrigerator / freezer, two dishwashers, microwave, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. To the left there is the living room with a fireplace, well decorated with comfortable furnishings and looks to the garden.
The access to the 4 bedrooms on this level is through the living room. Here you find a lovely king size master bedroom overlooking the back garden, a twin bedroom, and a children area with one single bedroom equipped with a crib and next to it, another room with a bunk bed that opens to a full bathroom specially equipped for little children. The master bedroom is equipped with an air-conditioning unit. Two full bathrooms with shower and bidet complete this level.
The upper floor is accessed by the wooden stairway from the corridor. Here you can find a spacious suite with satellite TV, DVD, and VCR. The living room windows facing south, looks out over the pool to the garden and the sea. A full bathroom with shower completes this level.
Outside in the garden is the 6th suite equipped with two triple bunk bed and an ensuite wc with shower. This is the ideal room for grown children that can stay by themselves.
