This apartment with an area of 200 sqm can easily and comfortably accommodate up to six people, and is composed of the main living area, kitchen, dining room, and half bath, on the first part of the house, and a large entrance hall from where a corridor leads to the rooms area.
 
The living room, which is the focal point of the home, is decorated with luxury fabrics, and antique furnishings  in a very comfortable atmosphere; furnished with comfortable sofas, free Internet access for guests carrying personal computers (there is not a PC in the apartment), DVD and TV. The dining area is a separate room near the kitchen where the table will easily seat 8 people in a classic ambiance. The kitchen has all modern appliances, fully equipped with fridge and freezer, washing/ dryer machine, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine and everything needed to cook and enjoy meals.
 
To acceed the room area there is a corridor decorated with shelves full of books that leads, to the master bedroom and the largest one, located at the end of the corridor. This is a very spacious room over the garden area decorated with two single beds that can be easily transformed in an enormous king size bed, fine art pieces, and several pictures painted by the owner.This suite has direct access to the garden
The second bedroom with cupboard and a double bed is in front and has an ensuite complete marbled bathroom.  The third suite is also looking the façade of the building, and it is a very ligth room looking south, equipped with a triple sofa, that becomes a comfortable double bed for extra guests.

 The apartment can accommodate 2 to 6 guests. With its 3 suites with direct access to the garden ,with 3 full bathrooms and a half bath is designed for 6 guests. There is central heating, air conditioning and all the rooms have large windows, so they are light and well-ventilated. Prices reflect the rental of the whole house. Cleaning is provided  once a week on Saturday, and linen change is included.
 
This property is a wonderful residence that has the comfort of a luxury home. Totally refurbished and located in the heart of the city, but at the same time  extremely private, specially because of the gardens at the back of the house where you can seat and relax at the end of the day, in an atmosphere of calm and tranquility.
