In the heart of the Serra da Arrábida, inside the National Park, you will find this jewel. Quinta de São Pedro  has been fully restored by the owners, with elegant appointments and modern conveniences throughout. Quinta São Pedro has everything you could ask for.

The grounds are magnificent and include a spectacular grass garden in front of the house where five arched glass doors open onto allowing guests to enjoy meals whilst taking in the outside breezes. A few meters from the house, is a fabulous pool  surrounded by leafy trees with many lounge chairs, a hammock and large parasols for relaxing around it.

The area is well known for its fine wines and agriculture and is frequently referred to as one of the most important vineyards region from Portugal.

This one floor property with 5 rooms and 3 Bathrooms, and capacity for 10 guests is elegant and comfortable. The  large windows and high ceilings  provide an airy atmosphere.
The grand salon and dining room have arched ceilings and both have windows over the enormous grass garden. The beautiful dining room has two tables that seat 16 guests. This light and airy room opens onto the living room and is a sort of a covered terrace surrounded by glass. The floor was built with irregular and ancient stones, and the decoration is exquisite with fine porcelain pieces and wonderful tiled walls. While you are having your meal at anytime of the day you will be presented with a wonderful view.

The suite is luxurious and handsomely furnished with its own decorative scheme and designed for occupancy by a couple. All other rooms have similar luxury amenities although the master bedroom is exceptionally spacious with a fireplace and has a complete bathroom ensuite. One of the 4 other bedrooms also has a double bed and the other 3 are equipped with twin beds all three sharing two large full bathrooms.
The kitchen has all modern appliances, it is a very pleasant area with a table with seating for eight for casual meals. As in the kitchen, all bathrooms are decorated with portuguese handmade tiles.

Arrábida zone is at once green fields, mediteranean trees and wild vegetation defining hillside boundaries. However the word Azeitão conjures up not only alluring vistas, and food prepared with straight-from-the-garden ingredients, but also delicious wines, fabulous typical sweets and home made cheese. In addition to the incomparable wine Cellars and the rolling hills of the  countryside, Arrábida also boasts 200 miles of coastline. From the  resort of the Troia peninsula, to other  destinations such as Sesimbra, and the beautiful Caparica beaches, or even Lisbon, Cascais, and so on there is truly much to be explored.

From Quinta de São Pedro, there are a variety of trips and attractions to enjoy. In Setubal, only fifteen kms  away, you’ll find fabulous fish restaurants, a daily market, traditional fairs, and piazzas vibrant with life. In Sesimbra six miles away, you’ll find a characteristic fisherman city , typical architecture, historical landmarks, and several cultural and artistic diversions. At a distance of twenty five miles is Lisbon, where you’ll be astounded by its historic and cultural sites. If you are interested in the beach, you can either take a boat in Setubal with your car to cross Sado river, to Troia peninsula or just drive through the Arrabida  coastline where you can find several access to beaches.
