Casa Branca is a 2 bedroom apartment that sleeps 4 to 6 guests.The apartment is located on the top floor of a 2 floor building that does not have an elevator. The apartment has air-conditioning and heating. This apartment is located very close to several restaurants in a zone called "Docas", the Marina in the seaport, the Ancient Modern art Museum, Orient Museum and the beaches. After the Tagus River, the coast of Lisbon has over twenty kilometers of perfectly equipped beaches that are frequented by its residents during most of the months of the year. Cascais and Sintra are both nearby and can be reached by train or car. If you would like to take a day trip you can rent a car for a day or you can take the train that goes directly to Cascais. If you just want to walk or do some jogging along the river you´ll have almost 6 kilometers to do it, from Docas zone to Belem Tower.
The living room has a big and comfortable sofa, TV, DVD player and CD player. The dining room has a table with two chairs plus extra seating on a long stool put against the wall. The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. A washer/dryer combination is available for use in the apartment as well as an iron and ironing board. The first bedroom has a double bed and a complete bathroom ensuite. The second bedroom has another double bed and the bathroom is located just in front of the room, and has a sink, toilet, and big shower over a window with a fantastic city view. A one time cleaning is included with a 7 night stay.
