This property is located in an area named Guincho wich is 5 km from Cascais, lying at the foot of the Sintra hills and facing the Atlantic, the beach with this name should not be missed. The sand dunes blend subtly with the pine trees, the sea - rich in fish - rushes here and there into majestic caverns such as the famous Boca do Inferno which is well worth a visit. The vegetation is varied and beautiful and mostly of the Mediterranean type. Guincho has always been ideal for surfing owing to the large breakers, but it is now becoming increasingly known for wind surfing - a sport much developed over the last few years. Fantastic restaurants, with fresh fish and the best seafood in Europe, where one can sit and relax outside because of the wonderful all-year round climate is simply a wonderful option in which to enjoy life (as we should do but often don't) and feel rejuvenated and refreshed.
Whilst it isn't necessarily a place one would go to see historical monuments (although there are many). It's attractions lie in it's beauty -the amazing vivid blue waters, the lovely sandy beaches, the old town of Sintra, and the impressive Cabo da Roca (Cape Roca) which is a cape that forms the westernmost point of both mainland Europe and mainland Portugal. The cape is in the Portuguese municipality of Sintra, west of Lisbon district, and also forms the westernmost extent of the Serra de Sintra The cape's lighthouse and a tourist shop sit on top of the cliff. Construction of the lighthouse was completed in 1772, and the structure rises 144 meters in height above the cape. The cape is a popular tourist attraction, and the site features a monument with a crucifix bearing an inscription from the 16th century Portuguese poet Luis de Camões.

Estoril
Overlooking Estoril, there is a superb panoramic view from the course towards the sea. The course itself is set among fragrant pine and mimosa trees. There are two courses, one with par 69, designed by Mckenzie Ross. The second course has 9 holes .
Estoril Sol
The course is a 9 hole - designed by John Harris and Ron Fream and is a great test for the players skill.
Penha Longa
The 18 hole, 72 par, 6.228 m long course was designed by Robert Trent Jones. In 1995 Penha Longa inaugurated a new nine hole course - Mosteiro.
Quinta da Beloura
