Luxury house rental built on 17th century refurbished building. Principe real apartment is situated in one of the most central neighborhoods in Lisbon.
Principe Real is one of the oldest and most historical area in Lisbon. A place of aristocratic residence in the XVII century, wich was not touched by marquês de Pombal in his effort to make Lisbon a modern city in IXXth century Europe. Principe Real retains its pre IXXth Century splendor. The area is once again fashionable with many galleries and restaurants, fashion boutiques and cultural centers. The main streets and narrow passageways are bustling with activity.
By stepping into this building, you are entering a period of bygone tastefully architecture. One enters the building through a beautiful wooden door you come into the impressive entrance hall that receives its light from the glass window in front where you have a little garden.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor accessed by an ancient wooden stairs with a iron banister. Inside it offers stone fireplace in the living room, antique comfortable bedding, fully well-equipped kitchen, complete bathroom with a pannel of ancient tile in its wall, and a spacious living room with a double sofa bed to comfortably accommodate two more guets.
The aparment is very luminous and has a great view to Tagus river and parlament building.
