Monte Estacio is a typical Algarvian farmhouse very quiet and isolated overlooking the beautiful algarvian country side .This property has two separate houses, a main house with five hundred square meters and a separate cottage with one hundred square meters.
The main house is designed to accommodate up to twelve guests in great charm and comfort,in a total of six bedroom three of them fully heated and airconditioned, are elegant and luxuriously appointed guestrooms, each with magnificent en-suite bath and shower facilities. The three additional bedrooms, one of them is by the kitchen, and has a single and an extra bed, ideal for children. The other two, have two single beds,and both share a full bathroom.
The house has a cosy living room with fireplace, television, stereo and DVD. Off of the living room, is the dining room and also the kitchen fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The washer and dryer machine are situated out of the house in a separate room.
Outside there is a large porch with a couch-seating area for socializing or relaxing, and a dinning area very pleasant where to spent the renowned algarvian hot summer nights. 40 meters from the porch on the right, there is the swimming pool (12x6 meters) with two different heights allowed for the children.
Concerning the cottage it is located just in front of the outside lounge area and features an enjoyable living room with a kitchen and two other bedrooms with twin beds and a shared bathroom.
On the ground level french windows lead on to patios, varandas and exterior areas all around the two houses.
Monte Estacio is an ideal base from which to discover the many delights of Algarve. The algarvian white sand beaches are a ten minute drive and the small village of Almansil is very easy to get around and discover for yourself all you need. There are also many wonderful restaurants in the area and guests can ask for suggestions or get help making reservations.
Monte Estacio has a private swimming pool and garden furniture for outside dining. Guests can also enjoy the area around the property.
The services of daily maid service and a gardener who maintains the property and looks after the pool are included.
