Casa Peru II  has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 9 people. The villa is located in the heart of a golf course, in a large and very well maintained garden. The area surrounding the villa has greens, fairways and pine trees in a calm and peacefull ambiance. The villa is located near the village named Azeitão, very close to Arrábida and the famous beaches in the area. In Sesimbra (15minutes drive) there is a long promenade along the sea with bars, restaurants, and shops. The house is only 15kms from the nearest beach that can be reached in a few minutes by car. The villa itself is richly decorated with comfortable and beautiful pieces of furniture, elegant fabrics and great attention to detail. Outside there is a large porch with a couch-seating area for socializing or relaxing,and a dinning area very pleasant from May to October.Down after the garden, 50 meters from the porch, there is the swimming pool (14x7 meters) with two different heights allowed for the children.

The entrance door open to the entrance hall (30 sq meters) that leads to the large living room wich has two separate areas.The main one has a fireplace, comfortable furnishings and sofas,and on the right side you have a comfortable and cosy place with all equipements, TV, CD player, DVD player.
The dining room offers a nice round table with chairs that is located in an alcove with french windows that open toward the porch.
 Directly off of the dining room is the kitchen, fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove/oven, and microwave. In the middle of the kitchen is another dining area with a table that offers casual seating for quick meals. A w/c and a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer are also available.
 
On the ground floor are also located three ensuite-bedrooms. One has a king size bed and a wc with shower, the second one has a double bed and share a complete bathroom with another twin bedroom. From the entrance area there is a stairway that leads to the first floor where there are two other ensuite-bedrooms. The first bedroom is located in a private area with a big closet, and has two Queen bed and an en suite bathroom with bath tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has also two Queen bed with an en suite bathroom.
This 3.300 meters property has a parking area outside . A maid service is available for morning cleaning 3 hours a day,except weekends, and by special arrangement (extra hours on request) it is also possible to arrange for breakfast to be prepared every day. It is possible to fix lunch/dinner by previous request of one day and extra charge for the service.

Quinta do Peru Golf Course , half an hour south of Lisbon, is a dazzling surprise. Also can be found tennis courts, horse ridding, excursions to see the dolphins, visit to the wine cellars and tracks through the beautiful natural of the National Park of Arrábida.

Closer to the property it is the village of Vila Nogueira de Azeitão where you can find all kind of small shops and restaurants.
