Fantastic Villa located in one of the most enchanted places in Portugal, in Arrábida zone. The beaches away 20 minutes from the villa include Portinho da Arrabida, Meco/ Alfarim, and the Peninsula of Troia, 60 Km of white sand and calm Atlantic Ocean.
The fisherman village of Sesimbra with its Moorish IX Century Castle is 30 minutes drive and has nice little restaurants where visitors can contact with the locals and try the delicious fresh fish.
Closer to the property it is the village of Vila Nogueira de Azeitão where you can find all kind of small shops and restaurants.

The facilities offered on the area includes 4 Golf Clubs: Aroeira, Peru, Montado and Troia, all between 15 and 30 minutes away from the property. Also can be found tennis courts, horse ridding, excursions to see the dolphins, visit to the wine cellars and tracks through the beautiful natural of the National Park of Arrábida.

Inside the house you ´ll really feel at home! The atmosphere couldn’t be more comfortable and pleasant for any kind of vacations.

All bedrooms have closets and chest of drawers and can be adapted as double or single rooms. Cradles can be supplied.
Regarding the facilities offered at the property there is central heating, cable TV, clothes and dish washing machines and full equipped kitchen. A maid service is available for morning cleaning and by special arrangement (extra hours on request) it is also possible to arrange for breakfast to be prepared every day. It is possible to fix lunch/dinner by previous request of one day and extra charge for the service.
A small food hamper will be supplied on arrival at the property and this is included in the rental.

Outside you can feel the breeze from Serra da Arrábida that brings freshness on the air. Lovely flowers taken care by the owner, and beatiful trees give you a spectacular view full of colour.
Down, after the garden, 50 meters from the porch, there is the swimming pool (14x7 meters) with two different heights ( allowed for the children).

Full description of the accommodation:

The entrance door open to the entrance hall (30 sq meters) with a fire place in the middle of the house. Two 3 steps staircases, each one on each side of the entrance leads to the living room (80 sq meters) with its one fire place and 4 french windows that open toward the porch.
From each side of the entrance hall, two corridors take you to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The corridor to the left has on the left side 1 bathroom followed by one single room (12 sq. meters), 1 double room (20 sq. meters), 1 bathroom at the top of the corridor. On the right side there are 2 double rooms (15 sq. meters each) and 1 single room (15 sq. meters). The bed rooms on the left side and the bathrooms have normal windows and the bed rooms on the right side have french windows to the porch.
The right corridor has the kitchen and the dinning area. A door separates from the next bedrooms: 1 two single beds bedroom (15 sq. meters) with a french window to the porch, to the right, a bathroom at the top and 1 double bedroom (20 sq. meters) with a normal window, to the right and a bath room with bath tube.

The entrance staircase also connects to the first floor with a mezzanine to a private suite: a living room (20 sq. meters) with a fire place and a possibility of two single beds, a bedroom (42 sq. meters) that can be a double room or 4 single beds for children, and a bath room with bath tube. It has a balcony to the swimming pool, on top of the porch.
The porch has a dinning area very pleasant from May to October.
